Prop. 8 “served no purpose, and had no effect, other than to lessen the status and human dignity of gays and lesbians in California, and to officially reclassify their relationship and families as inferior to those of opposite-sex couples.”

The Prop 8 ban was struck down today by the courts deeming it unconstitutional.  LOL!!  What a waste of money on this case.  75 million.  Those same so-called loving people would never spend that on helping someone in need or by creating jobs.  No, they’d rather just use it to ‘try’ unsuccessfully in banning people wanting to marry for love regardless of their sex.  Those people can rot in hell.

Prop. 8  “served no purpose, and had no effect, other than to lessen the status and human dignity of gays and lesbians in California, and to officially reclassify their relationship and families as inferior to those of opposite-sex couples.”

There is much about this ruling to like, many great phrases and strong legal analysis that lays bare what we all know: There was no reason for voters to pass Prop. 8 other than dislike, discomfort, or distaste for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people, and their relationships.  That does not qualify as a good enough reason stop something.  And forget about the Bible since that was altered by ‘man’ to fit the times centuries ago and keep people in line by saying its the word of God, when its not since it’s been proven that God has no distinction between gay and straight only committed relationships.  This was also why Jesus never once brought up homosexuality at all.  Bible readers don’t follow the bible anyway, only the homosexual elements that were added later since that’s all they quote from ever.  They’ve lost all credibility and are failing and being pushed down into minority status.  Yay!
