AT A GLANCE: Sugarland Stage Collapse Prompts Lawsuits; Travis Wall gay contestant turned choreographer and judge on So You Think You Can Dance

Beth Urschel, 49, of Wanatah, Ind., last week filed a wrongful death claim against Mid-America Sound Corp., which owned the structure that collapsed, and several other companies involved in putting on a concert that was to feature the country band Sugarland. It’s a prejudice and there’s a certain level of feeling uncomfortable, but its the same uncomfortable feeling you get when there is someone who is ultra aggressive or always in your face. It’s not homophobia though. It is if its a straight, white, republican saying it then its homophobia, but that’s just because they hate any gay guy.
